A Tidal Tuesday

On Tuesday (June 29) my dad texted me that it was National Camera Day. Naturally, I had to take photos, so that evening I went down to the beach with my dad to take some action shots of him and his new boogie board.

The next day editing these I had no ideas in mind and just let my creativity lead the way. I ended up giving the photos a nostalgic disposable camera look that is a little overexposed. The only shot I edited more professionally was the posed shot of my dad and his boogie board.

This set of photos represent the spontaneous side of my photography. I find that I have a lot of fun when I just go out and take photos with minimal planning.
